We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products once an order has been placed and processed.

Collective Society only honors returns, replacements, or order-related support for products that were purchased directly through our official website, Collective-Society.com, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or provide replacements for products purchased through:

  • Smoke shops or dispensaries
  • Online marketplaces
  • Authorized or unauthorized third-party vendors

Any issues related to third-party purchases must be resolved directly with the original seller.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If a product purchased directly from Collective-Society.com arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery at:

Missing or Lost Packages

Collective Society is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package has not arrived:

  • Please allow up to 4 business days for final delivery
  • Check with neighbors or your local USPS office

Claims for missing packages must be filed directly with USPS.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify all shipping details before submitting your order.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages returned to sender due to customer error

Once an order is submitted, shipping details cannot be changed.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Orders that are refused, returned to sender, or deemed undeliverable due to address errors, local restrictions, or customer refusal are not eligible for refunds or reshipment.


Canceled Orders

Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
